Since working with Diana, I feel like a different person inside and out.
Diana is a wonderful health coach. She has helped me in so many ways, I couldn't even count them all. When I first met with Diana, I had recently received an unfortunate diagnosis from my doctor. I knew I needed to change but just couldn't find my way to the correct diet and exercise to get back on track. I had every excuse you could think of why I was failing to take care of myself. Diana helped me work through the excuses to find the solutions. We set small attainable goals and she supported those goals with affirmations, recipe ideas, and check-ins.
Diana is so patient, during my first month of working with Diana I had an event happen in my life that caused my emotional state to spiral down quickly. Diana listened to me; she offered applicable suggestions for not only my physical health but also my mental health. She is helping me discover and rebuild some areas of my life I was totally ignoring.
Since working with Diana, I feel like a different person inside and out. I am eating correctly, exercising daily and affirming to myself that I am worthy of all of the amazingness this life has to offer.

Diana is extremely knowledgeable, excellent at communicating, and just plain fun to talk to.
It was tough for me the first two weeks to adapt a new way of eating. It was extremely emotional and she was there for me to support my meltdowns. When you are used to eating a certain way your whole life you need a compassionate coach to help you and guide you through a healthier way of eating delicious foods
I especially enjoyed our grocery store visits and valued her opinion on foods I could and could not eat based on what my doctor said. She also took the time to send me all the foods I could eat in an email. She also responded to my text messages immediately when I was uncertain of foods I could or could not eat.
I can actually feel the differences in my body after making the changes recommended to me. I'm far more aware of how to read my body's reactions to certain foods.

I really enjoyed Diana's coaching. She is very knowledgeable with all things nutrition, but also great at motivating you to get back on track. She is very open to getting you started at accomplishing goals at your own pace. Diana reminded me that investing in myself is important if I want to be there for my family.
We started with small steps by opening up space in my day to work out. This has been a great change in my life because it lowers my stress levels and allows me to feel great about myself. She has reminded me that it is okay to sometimes veer from my routine, but that getting back on track is essential to my wellness path.
